Peterborough to Heathrow chauffeur enquiries

Confirm the terminal before requesting a quote

Include the flight number, travel date and terminal shown by your airline. Heathrow has several passenger terminals, so an airport name alone is not enough to agree the correct drop-off or collection.

For a departure from Peterborough, give the pickup postcode and the airport arrival time required by your airline. Agree a departure time that allows for the route and traffic conditions; no fixed driving time is promised here.

Heathrow arrivals and passenger pickup

Heathrow’s official guidance directs passenger pickups to its Terminal Parking or Park & Ride car parks, rather than terminal forecourts. Ask the proposed provider where to meet, whether a terminal meeting is included, and how parking is charged.

Agree when waiting charges begin and how delays or a terminal change will be handled. Keep the provider’s travel-day contact details with your booking confirmation.

What should the quote include?

• The exact pickup and destination, including the terminal.
• Vehicle specification, passengers and luggage capacity.
• Airport access, parking, waiting and extra-stop charges.
• Return collection details, if needed.
• Payment, amendment and cancellation conditions.

Heathrow transfer questions

Is a chauffeur vehicle guaranteed after I enquire?

No. This is an enquiry website. Availability, the transport operator and the exact vehicle must be confirmed before a booking is agreed.

Can my driver collect me on the terminal forecourt?

Use the collection arrangement permitted by Heathrow and agreed with your provider. The official guidance distinguishes passenger pickup from terminal drop-off.

Where can I check current airport pickup rules?

Read Heathrow’s official passenger pickup guidance before travelling. Airport arrangements and charges can change.
